Alisa, couldn’t believe her luck.
After years of struggling with her weight, the mother of four from Chino Hills, CA had finally found something that worked!
Created by the world-class nutrition expert John Barban, the program is called The Venus Factor.
The Venus Factor is a 12 week fitness system specifically designed to help women sculpt their bodies by helping them lose weight in their most common problem areas: the belly, hips, waist and thighs.
The initial payment is only $9.99.
It is not 79.00 a month. It’s a 79.00 one time fee for the ebooks. And they are ebooks. With your purchase, you get access to the forums (which are an amazing resource, btw). They also have blogs, which you can set up for yourself. You can print off the workouts and take them to the gym or just keep them for home use. There are links to videos of every exercise, showing you exactly how to do it.
I can tell you, It is so worth it. It is not a miracle system. It is still calories in, calories out, very MFP friendly. Most people track cals on here, loseit, or spark people. It is challenging, to be sure, but it is also accessible. There is calorie software that helps you find the appropriate amount you should be eating based on where you are in your weight loss goals. It is based on an aesthetic, which I actually really like. It gives you something to aim for, rather than just willy nilly dieting and/or working out. I’ve used Beachbody systems and done crossfit, but each time (I put on weight, both muscle and fat, really easily, btw) I would get fitter, but bulk up in all the wrong places. With VF, I have more control over where I put on muscle because I am training for a specific look.
I have used the program for several years. Two years ago, I used it to lose about 15 pounds and completely recomp my body. I didn’t know how to do maintenance, though, so I rebounded. I put on about 30 pounds (not all fat… I’m definitely stronger than I was) and am now using their principles to steadily lose again. I have just entered their most recent contest (open to all people who buy the venus factor system). You can go to the venus factor blog and see the results people have had from the contests. It’s not BS. It’s hard work, but it’s worth it.
Also, the community is absolutely invaluable. The women are so helpful and encouraging. All newbies get discouraged and overwhelmed at first, but the ladies just lift you up. There is no cattiness. It’s amazing and wonderful. You can always try it out and get a refund if you hate it. They’re awesome about that.
Hi, I bought the program and read the 85 page booklet explaining it. It has very basic, sensible information about the female body, the metabolic rate, calories, dieting and exercising. What I found is that it has given me back my own point of view so I can follow my own good sense about my personal weight loss program. It is a program I am following as it took a sea of rules, opinions, friends advice, diet programs and simplified it into some good practical guidelines for me.
The down side is how many sales emails I get promoting special offers on supplementary things I can buy. It makes it seem all hype and sales, but I just stuck to understanding the basic program first and then I was able to decide if I wanted anything else or not.
It is true there are no miracles but this is program not a miracle. I still have to watch my calories, fat and sugar intake and I still have to exercise but the information here has helped me guide myself on a more successful path.
Alisa bolted upright, her eyes wide, as Dr. Oz introduced the powerful new belly fat blaster Garcinia Cambogia
Dr. Julie Chen sat down with Dr. Oz and explained how the active ingredient, HCA (Hydroxycitric Acid) made it so effective for weight loss, and how the “average person could expect to lose between 4-10 pounds a month — all without diet and exercise!”
It was then the cameras zoomed in for a close up on Dr. Oz’s skeptical facial expression. He looked square in the camera and said emphatically…
“I am immediately skeptical when anyone mentions a so-called “magic diet pill” that will help you lose weight without diet and exercise. I feel an obligation to protect my audience — so I conducted an my own independent study on Garcinia Cambogia. To my surprise and delight, the results were similar to Dr. Chen’s, so I have full confidence when I say Garcinia Cambogia does in fact promote weight loss without diet and exercise.”
Up till that point, Alisa had tried everything, including diet and exercise, but she could never stick with anything for very long. If this new fruit would allow her to shed pounds effortlessly — and it was backed by science and endorsed by Dr. Oz — she would give it a shot.
But there was just one problem…
or Pure Garcinia Camborgia Extract??
